Currently, I am not in network with any insurance companies so am considered an out of network provider. I can provide you with superbills which you may submit to your insurance to request out-of-network reimbursement. Before meeting with me, I would recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network reimbursement rates for psychotherapy services.

To get started, reach out to me via email or phone listed here. We will first schedule a short (~15 min) free consult call. If we decide we may be a good fit, we will then schedule an intake appointment. At the intake, I will assess your history, symptoms, and treatment goals to make treatment recommendations to you. If I recommend that we work together, I will recommend to you a treatment plan and we will schedule more sessions. If at the intake one or both of us decide we would not be a good fit, I will make other recommendations and send resources that may be a better fit for you.

If we decide at the intake appointment that we would be a good fit for therapy, we will collaboratively decide on a treatment plan. Most folks see me once a week, but if another frequency is appropriate, you and I will decide on that together at the start. I typically start off seeing folks once a week, and then eventually once you have met many or all of your therapy goals, we will taper down frequency (e.g., every other week, monthly). I will ask how you are feeling about therapy and your progress throughout our therapy relationship. If at some point you or I decide it is not working, we will discuss ways we can change the therapy plan (or end therapy) to make it more effective for you.

I currently do not offer in-person sessions. I solely see clients via telehealth.

I am located in Western Washington. However, I am fully telehealth so I can see clients located anywhere in Washington state. I also am a PSYPACT Authorization Holder, which means I can see folks located in any of the 43 states that have enacted PSYPACT legislation. Check this map to see whether your state is participating in PSYPACT: https://psypact.gov/page/psypactmap

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured or self-pay individuals are entitled to receive a “good faith estimate” of what they may be charged before receiving a service. The “good faith estimate” (or GFE) is a notification that includes an uninsured or self-pay individual’s expected charges for a scheduled or requested item or service.
I provide all clients with a “good faith estimate” outlining expected costs of our sessions once you have scheduled your first session with me. I also provide “good faith estimates” upon request.
For more information or to ask questions about this, you may contact the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services here and/or by calling 1-800-985-3059.
